She has served in decision-making roles for the past 35 years, guiding corporate communications, business development, and marketing activities and taking active part in projects. Pat specializes in transportation projects; she has written specifications for several new-start passenger transit systems and led the pursuit for the capture of numerous passenger transit projects, from planning through design and construction management. Pat has a B.A. in English, studied English Composition at the master's level, and is a graduate of Turner Construction's School of Construction Management.
